What we do
We review and design maintenance strategies and regimes; assess asset management systems and policy; analyse maintenance cost against availability; and support the move from time-based and fix-on-fail regimes to condition-based and prediction-based ones.
We look at depot and fleet maintenance arrangements, and at operations and maintenance readiness.
The transition from fixing what fails to maintaining what matters is a decision with a cost case, an engineering case and a contractual consequence. It is rarely wrong on only one of those.
